Company Overview RethinkFirst was founded in 2007 with a mission to provide scalable, evidence-based autism treatment training tools and caregiver supports to an underserved population. Position Overview Rethink is looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our Content Team as an Intern and assist with the development of various educational materials. In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting interactive PDFs, including student worksheets, and preparing content for our digital platform.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating/editing PDFs, such as student worksheets
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing content files for upload to digital platform 
• Assist with simple proofreading of Spanish documents (if applicable)
• Training and guidance will be provided

Requirements:

• Previous experience creating interactive PDFs or similar digital content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines
• Familiarity with multimedia integration in digital documents
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles
• Spanish language a plus, but not necessary

Job Details:

• Duration: 3 months (through the summer)
• Location: Remote role
• Hours: 10-15 hours per week, flexible within standard business hours, Monday -- Friday
• Compensation: Minimum wage based on location
