Procter & Gamble Plant, located in Aleksandrow Lodzki is looking for candidates for:

Summer Internship Program from July 1st to September 30th, 2025!

YOUR ROLE IN MANUFACTURING:

During this Internship, you will have the opportunity to be on the production floor meeting different challenges. It's up to you to make decisions and follow through with the results of those decisions. You will discover our leading technologies which are world-renowned. You will also learn the P&G standards and methods. In the end, you will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training.

As a Summer Intern you will:

• Have great opportunity to get in touch with practice of production system in making, packing or HSE department

• Work on real business projects for which you will assume responsibility from Day 1, e.g. production management systems improvement, data analysis

• Gain great work experience in the inspirational work environment using leading edge technology and getting to know process engineer role in practice

• Develop professionally and personally through coaching, mentoring and class-room trainings

• Become the member of the P&G team and experience a dynamic and international environment

• Have the opportunity to join the P&G team as a Trainee following the successful completion of your Internship.

Job Qualifications

• Are you a student in at least your third year of an engineering program or a recent graduate in fields such as Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics Production Engineering & Management, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related disciplines?

• Have a positive attitude toward challenges and change?

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective teamwork, and analytical thinking?

• Want to develop your technical expertise?

• Take initiative and seek opportunities for growth?

• Communicate fluently in English?
