DESCRIPTION OF WORK Through this internship, you will interview newly released inmates to obtain and analyze classification information. You will also compile data regarding criminal statuses and existing charges of detained parolees. In addition, you will answer telephone call inquiries and relay to the appropriate agent, if necessary.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Internship Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. When assisting an Agent the schedule will correspond with the agent's field hours. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Internship Requirements: Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited University in a Criminal Justice or Human Service or other related field of study such as Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work. Be a senior in the upcoming school year in an undergraduate program, expected to graduate within one year. Be in good academic standing (as defined by a GPA of 2.0 or higher). Additional Requirement: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
