About the SAP Internship Experience Program

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What youll do:

Position title: SAP ISBN iXp Intern Customer Advocacy Program Messaging

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

Expected start date: June 2024

Duration: Summer Internship

  • The intern willlearn about SAP's advocacy program and how we partner with customers to impact marketplace reputation. As an intern, you will help organize how we talk about our initiatives and outcomes, refining messaging to two audiences our internal ecosystem and the customers who engage with us. Further, you will assist in developing our peer-to-peer survey program, which is an area of investment from our board.

  • The intern will help SAP secure more customers for speaking, analyst activities, peer to peer surveys, all which impact our marketplace reputation.

  • The customer advocacy team is focused on white glove treatment of customers who are successful on our solutions and speak on our behalf. We partner with these customer advocates to promote their success in ways that positively impact SAPs marketplace reputation. We are engaged in SAPs event strategy, analyst relations, peer to peer surveys and SAPs digital community.

  • Educational requirements: Undergraduate Student (preferred Sophomore or Junior)

  • Ideal Majors: Marketing, Business or related field

  • Position requirements: MS Office experience

  • Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role: Curiosity, self-motivation, strong communication skills
