Procter & Gamble Amiens plant, located in the Somme department, is the largest P&G production site in Europe and the 2nd largest in the world. We are specialized in the production of household and cleaning products and every day we produce millions of bottles of trusted brands like Ariel®, Lenor® and Febreze® to serve our consumers around the world.

Production - Packaging: This function allows the packaging of our products in their final packaging. Three priorities for the packaging department: Safety, Quality, Productivity. The heart of the engineer's profession is the constant improvement of production lines in order to increase their efficiency (reduction of changeover times, reduction of stoppages, etc.)

Production - Manufacturing: This is the department that manufactures our products based on the recipes sent by our R&D center. The manufacturing priority is to produce, in large quantities and with flexibility, a product according to its original recipe and to deliver to the packaging lines on time. The priority of the manufacturing teams is the continuous improvement of manufacturing process to eliminate losses in different stages (reduction of formula change time, reduction of downtimes, operators training on chemical processes, development of maintenance plans etc.)

Logistics - Supply Chain : Our production site relies on a total supply chain from the reception of raw materials to the shipment of our finished products. Our logistics department is essential to the smooth running of our factory and is one of the most important departments. It consists of a reception area, a shipping area and two warehouses. You will be involved in production planning, material supply management and distribution center, flow optimization, inventory management etc.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE/ARE :

  • Master's degree, year 4/5 in an engineering school or university

  • Available at least 4 months up to 6 months

  • Field: processes, mechanics, industrial engineering, automation, supply chain & logistics

  • Appetite for project management

  • Ability to take initiative and leadership

  • Collaborative spirit

  • French level B2 minimum required

  • English level B1 minimum required
