Key Responsibilities:

Your mission will be to provide operational support for diverse marketing activities: communications, digital marketing, branding and events. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, and project coordination within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a team of Brand Managers and a Medical Education Manager. The geographical scope is Europe.

1-Product marketing support

• Create marketing materials (videos, PPT, …) while respecting brand identity and medical regulatory/compliance requirements.

• Coordinate the delivery and validation of these marketing materials.

2-Communication campaigns

• Omnichannel campaign launch support: assist in the creation, management and follow-up of the omnichannel campaign.

• Social Media Management: contribute to the management of the division’s social media account by planning and publishing content relevant to our audience.

• Competitive intelligence: monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

3-Events management

• Help to organize internal events as well as external events (congresses / cadlabs courses / networking events).

• Manage relationships with external providers.

• Ensure internal communication with logistic teams as well as marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Level: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Area of Experience: Proficient in Pack office (PPT especially). Very good Knowledge in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Google ads ; Adobe programs : Adobe Premiere Pro, Indesign ; Canva ; etc). Interest in the healthcare sector.

Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (language of work).

Key Conditions

• Duration : 6-months to 1 year.

• Start : 1st May or 1st June.

• Intern allowance : 1000 EUR/Month.
