Job Description

We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Intern to support our team in Apodaca. This role will assist with data analysis, process optimization, and follow-up on indirect purchasing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate reports in SAP related to indirect procurement.

  • Manage Master Data updates within procurement systems.

  • Track open purchase orders , ensuring compliance with deadlines and proper execution.

  • Work with Excel , including macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas for data analysis and reporting.

  • Support process improvement initiatives within the procurement team.

Requirements

Education:

  • Active student in a related field such as Business, Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or similar.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).

  • Experience with SAP (preferred but not required).

Languages:

  • Advanced English (written and spoken).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
