What you’ll do

This position will support the Power Marketing team in the day-to-day workflows of marketing various energy products via RFPs as well as contributing to longer term strategic initiatives to ensure the team maintains efficient internal processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create an internal tool to efficiently track project pricing evolution & scenarios

• Help update the marketing template and portfolio deck with our recently executed PPAs and newly operational projects

• Contribute to RFPs to best position our portfolio to offtakers

• Research various industry data providers to identify potential subscription gaps & enhance cross-team collaboration and utilization

• Contribute to development of internal REC portfolio database tool

Who we’re looking for

Knowledge

• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, engineering, environmental science or other related field

• Previous experience with financial modeling, with strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Internship Details

Pay rate: $20 per hour

Dates of internship: June 2nd through August 22nd

Location: Lighstsource bp Denver, Austin or San Francisco office.
