What It's Like As a Strategy Intern, you'll be embedded within the T-Mobile Strategy & Corporate Development team, placing you at the epicenter of our decision-making engine. Engage directly in pivotal choices that craft the trajectory of our business, offering a front-row seat to the dynamic and impactful world of T-Mobile's pivotal initiatives What You'll Do This intern will assist in solving complex problems, distilling insights from diverse data sets such as customer surveys and financial statements. Craft compelling narratives tailored for varied audiences, while seamlessly navigating high-intensity environments. You'll craft project plans, engaging others effectively to achieve impactful goals. What It Takes You are a structured leader who can frame and bring structure to large, complex, or ambiguous problems. You can identify the key issues that impact business decisions and have excellent analytical skills to drive insights. You can interpret data ranging from customer surveys to cash flow statements. You have an interest in influencing others and a track record of distilling complex information into compelling stories and tailoring your message to audiences. You are always thinking a few steps ahead, laying out thoughtful and achievable project plans. You understand how to engage others and what information and data you need to achieve your goals. You desire a high level of responsibility and can work with minimal supervision. You are comfortable working in a high-intensity environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate tradeoffs and commercial decisions spanning product, price, channel, media, and brand Grapple with industry and economic trends to navigate future uncertainties Investigate and understand the competitive landscape to find gaps and opportunities for growth Help T-Mobile decide where best to allocate resources while comparing different outcomes Build and deliver unique recommendations and perspectives to key executives Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field Currently enrolled and pursing Master of Business Administration or Master's/PhD in Operations Research, Economics, Finance Statistics, or Mathematics or related fields At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hr to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location. Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships Never stop growing!
