YOUR ROLE

As an HR intern, you will be responsible for leading improvements in the area of organizational designs, transitions, or career paths. You focus on building the strongest culture and support our equality and inclusion journey. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly important projects to work on. Bring your ideas to the table!

All our HR roles provide the opportunities to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. In this internship, you will get your own project to lead autonomously.

We make sure that you receive a customized learning plan to ensure you get the right level of coaching, mentorship and formal training as you deliver your work.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of (bachelor-) studies completed and strong academic results.

  • You are available for a duration of 6 months.

  • You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for HR

  • You work well with diverse groups of people using your interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication styles to different situations and individuals

  • You are able to set priorities, deliver what you commit to, and work in a multicultural and diverse environment

  • You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).
