Business Analyst Intern Remote, USA - OneStream Software LLC Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time) ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing internship opportunities with OneStream Software. We are a financial software company, headquartered in Rochester, Michigan. We offer a financial consolidation software, and marketplace solutions, to large organizations across the world. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry. Our internships run from June 10th, 2024 - August 16th, 2024 and are up to 40 hours per week with competitive pay. RESPONSIBILITIES OneStream is looking for a Business Analyst intern to enthusiastically drive innovation that keeps pace with our industry-leading growth and achieves 100% customer success. As an OneStream Business Analyst, you will prepare market research, conduct stakeholder interviews, and organize business requirements to provide a consistent stream of work for our software development teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning our software, market, and working cross-functionally with various internal teams. Provides input regarding optimal solutions to meet business needs, manage project deliverables, and meet delivery commitments. Interview employees at all levels to analyze work procedures and operational methods for the need's analysis stage of implementation. Document current and desired product processes and ensure they are communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis. Translate business requirements into clear, accurate and concise functional requirements for software development teams. Provide personal and professional support to fellow OneStreamers that contributes to our focus on teamwork and customer success Internship areas are based on previous years and can be subject to change DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Formal Education and Certification In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area 3.4 GPA or higher Junior, senior, and graduate-level students preferred Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily require Personal Attributes Highly motivated and self-directed Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups Strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting Able to work on a broad variety of projects Adaptable to changing needs and situations Ability to establish credibility and trust Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsors
