We're hiring a driven Customer Success - Automation & AI Intern to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Customer Success team.

• You possess a real passion for innovative solutions within Healthcare IT

• You are an information technology student who is eager to participate in a fast-paced agile development team implementing RPA automation with UiPath

• You have analytical skills to break current processes into written and visual diagram documentation, then highlight opportunities to create efficiency through automation

• You have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time

Your Role:

• Work as a Business Analyst on an agile software development team

• Support the development of new automation through superb documentation

• Create testing plans, obtain stakeholder feedback and buy-in, execute system integration testing, and lead user acceptance testing

• Support design sessions by representing the business processes and requirements, and document solution design in architectural diagrams

• Gain knowledge and experience with how agile development teams improve business outcomes through understanding, designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions

  Skills & Requirements:

• Enrolled as a current student or are you a recent graduate

• Basic knowledge of Apple platforms: Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOS

• You must be technically savvy with an ability to easily learn new software

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
