Human resources interns provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR Shared Services activities of our organization. They maintain the accuracy of employee files, maintain employee database, assist with administration around all employee life cycle changes.In the HR intern role, you will work under the supervision of the HR Shared Services manager. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance under minimal supervision, helping the HR department meet daily objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and files documents for employment changes - UK filing cabinets organization, CZ scanning of paper documents, CZ filing cabinets clean up

• Maintains accurate data in the employee database

• Answers employee inquiries around benefits

• Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies

• Performs ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Good communication in Czech and English

• Proficient in MS Office

• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change

• Able to learn and navigate new software

• Able to demonstrate professional work ethic

• Knowledge of CZ Labour Law preferred
