You will understand the Service Adoption Team’s roles and responsibilities within the Digital Automation & Customer Experience Team.Understand the current and emerging issues and trends to drive technology adoption.

Apply analytical thinking and project and time management skills.

Apply knowledge from courses to real-world issues and projects.

Identify and improve upon self-identified areas requiring personal or professional growth.

Feel more confident and prepared for a professional position in marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Communications & Advocacy planning for 2025.

• Assist with Regional Partner Summit Events planning.

• Assist with key projects, including the Perfect Repair and Phone Channel Optimization projects.

• Assist with other automation and Digitization opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Student of business, management, data science, marketing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

• Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences

• Ability to collaborate as part of a team

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
