Oracle Intern as SuiteCloud Technical Support Analyst - part time BRNO, Czech Republic

Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English

Starting day June 1,2025 onward

We would require 1st month to participate as full time due to group training of NetSuite Product

Part time role for university students, the length of contract for 12 months.

We are seeking a motivated Intern Analyst to join our team in Brno, where you will work with experienced Technical Support Engineers to work on projects that supports NetSuite ERP system (all-in-one, AI-powered, cloud business management solution) to make a real-world impact.

In this role:

  • you will have the chance to Learn essentials of administration of NetSuite system and its main modules (eligible for basic certifications)

  • Work with modern technologies (REST, JavaScript API, OAuth 2.0) and gain knowledge of various technical areas of NetSuite Product

  • Learn about various Support channels and gather experience with world-class NetSuite B2B Support

  • Volunteer in our SuiteImpact program to use your skills for non-profits

Responsibilities:

  • Help analyze and propose own solutions in our AI powered Knowledge Base

  • Contribute ideas to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity

  • Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification

  • Solve problems that may be unstructured and that may require reliance on conceptual thinking

  • Create and showcase demo for selected technologies as a project

Qualification and Skills:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, informatics or a related field

  • Advanced English - effective communication both in oral and written form

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/XML/API

  • Basic knowledge of system integrations

  • Basic knowledge of scripting is an advantage

  • Analytical skills with focus on detail

  • Able to understand customer's business processes

  • Able to learn and adapt quickly, willingness to work in a dynamic environment
