The external manufacturing department is the living heart of many different plants working for P&G. Our role aims to ensure that each production order is fulfilled, that every product satisfies the P&G quality standards, and that the most optimized supply network is generating excellent results to deliver high performing! So, Your role extends beyond a typical intern; you'll actively contribute to the efficiency and success of P&G's manufacturing processes.

What are our main priorities while working with contract manufacturers:

  • Innovate with agility: ensure the right manufacturing capability are be found externally

  • Ensure the finished products are delivered with the right specification, time, quality, stewardship and cost

  • Sustain cost excellence, cutting every loss from manufacturing and logistics

  • Continue to improve sustainability in the supply chain

How do we do this?

  • Daily connects with our External Manufacturers

  • Suppliers visits around Europe

  • Continuous touchpoints with internal business and technical decision owners to offer to our consumers and customers the best products

This internship takes place at the Brussels Innovation Center of P&G (“B.I.C.”), an hub with more than 1000 employees from diverse background, working mainly for Home and Fabric Care Category (Ariel, Dash, Mr Proper, Dreft, Swiffer, Febreze, etc.).

B.I.C. has many departments (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.) and you will experience a collaborative and international environment.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • Master Student enrolled in a University or Engineering School or Technical Universities in specialties such as Chemical, Industrial, etc

  • Specific for the Quality Assurance Internship: Master student enrolled in Pharmacy, Microbiology or Engineering Schools

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills as well as a problem solving approach;

  • Passion for learning and growing your technical and soft skills;

  • You are creative, innovative and determined to make things happen;

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
