Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct shopfloor layout measurements to optimize space and efficiency.

• Perform cycle time measurements to identify areas for process improvement.

• Analyse data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Enrolled student in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of CNC machining and AutoCAD design

• Fluent in Romanian and communicative in English as a plus

• Quick learner and a strong curiosity for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
