You will come across our software solutions in different kinds of the largest medical equipment technology, not to mention that our codes drive the greatest car manufacturers’ automation systems and you can even find them/us in electric cars. There are hardly any industrial areas where the programs I and my colleagues tested or developed are not present. The company evosoft, in its full name evosoft Hungary Kft. (Ltd.) started with 3 members more than 25 years ago. As of today, our headcount has reached the 1900 employees and we are expanding – join us, be part of our team!
We are looking for a new colleague who will join our office in Budapest:
IT Service Delivery Intern
Responsibilities:
Reviews, prepares and maintains service agreements
Reviews service descriptions and Service Level Agreements
Maintains document repository
Prepares document templates required by Service Management Process
Prepares and provides regular service review reports on the provided services to both internal and external clientele
Analyzes the information gathered from monitoring and ticketing tools
Collects, prepares and organizes data for client facing presentations
Identifies and highlights outstanding patterns in data
Requirements:
The ideal candidate:
Has C1 level English knowledge with focus on business English (written form) in the field of IT services
Is a confident user of MS Office suite especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Has a good understanding IT operation as an enterprise service
Is a university student the field of Economics in IT
Has a service-based approach with a strong customer-centric attitude
Takes pride in being precise in his/her work
Is able to prioritize among multiple tasks , and deadlines
Communicates assertively
Advantages:
Relevant experience of working with contracts in English
ITIL knowledge
PowerBI knowledge
Practical experience in IT operation as an enterprise service
