In this role your main focus would be the administrative support and the coordination of Reltio tool implementation - including account clean up and maintenance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Check and Compare customer account records that would be extracted from the different databases through RELTIO with identified potential matches suggestions.

• Search and compare records to identify true duplicates and coordinate with commercial teams in the process.

• Work on large queues and ensure deadlines are met according to the project leader’s pre-set plan.

• Recommend changes to existing customer accounts to meet the data quality governance standards.

• Validate Accounts that need to be linked from the different databases based on RELTIO extract with potential matches.

• Validate duplicate accounts and sites and coordinate with Oracle master and RELTIO teams in the process.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented

• Fluent knowledge of English and Polish language

• Hungarian knowledge is a nice to have

• Experienced with MS Office (high excel skills)

• Ability to search and compare records and to coordinate with different teams in the process

• Ability to work on large queues and ensure deadlines are met
