What is the job about?

Assist customer visit coordinator (@ NEW Changshu Plant ) in preparing, executing and reviewing the operation of showroom and deliver best in class customer visit experience

Your main responsibilities:

Admin: 1.Visitors VIP lunch check and order.(with Admin Dept.)

2.visitors PPE managed (with Helper)

3.the facilities in VIP meeting room and auditorium assist to maintain.

Visit: 1.Assist to handle emails from GACC email box which refer sales sent for customer visit.

2.Assist to admin dept.for oversea customers agenda arrangement.

3.Assist to handle register for customer visit to come into the factory.(QR code and visitor

card).

4.Large customer visit support for example,school-enterprise cooperation.

Documents: 1.customer visit application sheet settle.

2.translation PPT or relevant technical doc.if need.

What do you need to apply?

Student mostly on their 3rd year of their tertiary education

Proficiency with IT softwares / hardwares

Good communication skills.

PC-User-Knowledge Windows, Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.

Good Teamwork.
