How You’ll Help Us Connect the World
As an IT Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience Intern, you will focus on exploring innovative ways to leverage Generative AI and Agentic frameworks to develop AI agents and applications that automate sales and customer service operations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will collaborate with IT and business team to identify pain points, design intelligent solutions, and implement AI-driven workflows that enhance productivity and improve customer engagement.
This position is based in Charlotte, NC
You Will Make an Impact By
Collaborating closely with the IT CRM team, sales and customer support teams to identify, design, and develop AI agents that help automate and streamline workflows and tasks there by enhance productivity of Sales and customer service teams.
Building intelligent AI agents tailored for sales and customer service teams, facilitating seamless interactions to simplify data entry, retrieval, content generation and data search operations, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Testing, refining, and optimizing AI agents to ensure they deliver consistent, high-quality output across various workflows.
Measuring the performance and impact of AI agents, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI for the organization.
Documenting processes, best practices, and lessons learned to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing across teams.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation by integrating AI into core business operations, ultimately enhancing customer experiences and boosting organizational efficiency.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree inthe following Computer/Software Engineering from an accredited university
Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Proficiency in programming with C# , Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning
Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship

You Will Excite Us If You
Have a familiarity with building AI Agents, LangChain or LlamaIndex for building RAG pipelines and AI agents
Knowledge with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers for building and fine-tuning AI models.
Know about natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI models such as ChatGPT, GPT, Codex, and DALL-E14
Have an ability to apply prompt engineering techniques to improve the accuracy and relevancy of generative AI outputs
Have an understanding of the ethical and social implications of generative AI and how to implement it responsibly.
Are able to demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team
Are able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines
Have strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and verbal communications skills
Have strong initiative; a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Have experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
