Work as an Intern in a manufacturing environment under the direction of the Maintenance Department.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical resource for the Maintenance Department
Assist others with root cause analysis of equipment failures/breakdowns
Continue redeployment of updated preventative maintenance program throughout the facility
Assist with facilities and mechanical maintenance projects
Assist on small capital improvement projects
Required Education
Completion of sophomore college year or later in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 accumulative
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication skills
Interested in a career in a Manufacturing Environment
Good Teamwork skills
Good problem solving/root cause analysis skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical ability
Assignment Duration:
Intern: 8-12 weeks
Compensation & Benefits:
Market competitive hourly rate
Overtime eligible
Paid observed holidays

Expectations:
Prompt and regular attendance;
Comply with all site policy & training requirements;
Satisfactorily perform duties as assigned;
Participation in site Intern/Co-op events & activities; and
Final presentation of Intern/Co-op activities & learnings.
