How You’ll Help Us Connect the World
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will be responsible for Leveraging Copilot, Power BI and Power Apps to automate, enablement tasks as part of the CCS. You will work closely with Sales and Enablement teams, System Engineering, and Marketing to develop processes to automate tasks. This role will be based in Claremont, NC.
You Will Make an Impact By
Optimizing Power BI reports to provide relevant information from CTF webinars
Developing reports in BO
Updating training documents and work on a Internal Customer Service page
Required Qualifications for Consideration
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration from an accredited university
Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Must possess unrestricted work authorization andnot require future sponsorship

You Will Excite Us If You
Have experience using Power BI or Power Apps
Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team
Can handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines
Possess strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and verbal communications skills
Have strong initiative; a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Have experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
