Copeland HR Systems Administration and Analytics Internship in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

As an HR Systems Administration and Analytics Intern , you will be part of the implementation of HR systems, and you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing HR systems, analyzing data, and contributing to identify systems issues. This internship offers a unique blend of administrative tasks and analytical challenges.

This is a limited position for 6 months.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Collect HR data from various HR systems and sources and identify sources for missing data, as needed.

  • Assess quality of data and remove or clean data.

  • Organize data in usable formats – dashboards and pivots.

  • Prepare reports for HR and project teams, together with creating visualizations of data as needed.

  • Create and implement workflows for specific processes such as trainings promotion and registration.

  • Support admin activities of the team with the above mentioned processes and internal communication on training logistics and other tasks, as needed.

  • Support on managing employees’ files and archives employment documents.

  • Update information of employees records in the people management system.

  • Learn how to use different HR systems and offer support to users.

  • Test HR systems and help in the resolution of the errors found.

  • Check IT exemption files for eligible employees to make sure they are correct and complete based on the legislation.

  • Follow up on internal documents' flow.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor degree in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Information Systems or similar.

  • Very good analytical and planning skills, attention to details is important.

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office plus Power Platform applications and/or other digital and technology similar applications.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Advanced English knowledge.

  • Increased sense of ethics and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Good technical understanding of how management systems work and being able to work with large sets of data and formulas.

  • Quick learner, with a drive for optimization and continuous improvement.
