Job Description

This position will be on-site at our Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO.

The position will play an integral role in assisting our members in a Total Loss process, specifically in filing claims with insurance companies or other third-party entities, assisting members with questions, and ensuring Ent is secure within these transactions.

Upon completion of this role, you'll have the experience and knowledge of the Total Loss best practices, customer service, and understanding of transactions and adjustments within a financial institution role.

Essential Functions

Contact insurance companies regarding existing claims. File product claims for members. Assist members in their Total Loss process by answering questions. Assist with email requests from third parties and members. Other duties/needs as assigned. Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree Candidates will be entering their Senior year (preferred) Pursuing a degree in Marketing,Finance or Business (preferred)

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new software Exceptional communication and organizational abilities Certifications Required: None

Additional Information

Schedule: Schedule will be determined between department and applicant on what can be accommodated. The internship will not exceed 90 days.

The pay rate for the position is $17.00 hour.
