Job Description

This position will be on-site at our Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO.

The position will play an integral role in assisting the Marketing team, specifically assisting with the Product Marketing Strategy and Events teams, as well as other day-to-day tasks.

Upon completion of the role, you'll have experience and knowledge of strategic campaign planning and execution, event planning and execution, the financial industry, credit unions, and more!

Provides support to and assists with all business needs related to the division of Marketing.

Essential Functions: Product Marketing Strategy (50%) Leverage syndicated research, news, and other sources to monitor and compile industry and competitive trends and insights to help inform strategies and decision-making Monitor campaign performance data Set up a repeatable system to collect, store, and communicate performance and insights Support the team in day-to-day tasks Events (50%) Assist with event planning and execution, including research of venues, vendors, and entertainment. Manage tickets for sponsorship events, including tracking ticket allocations, managing guest lists, transferring tickets, and providing updates to the team. Order and manage giveaways for events, including tracking inventory, coordinating with vendors, and managing distribution. Support the event team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation. Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and clean-up Provides support to and assists with all business needs related to the assigned function under the division of Marketing. Other duties/needs as assigned Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree Candidates will be entering their Senior year (preferred) Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business (preferred) Knowledge/Skills Required:

Proficient writing skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new software Exceptional communication and organizational abilities Strong general computer skills, with some administrative experience preferred
