Job Summary
As a Change Management Intern, you will support the Change Management team in driving organizational change initiatives. You will assist in developing strategies to help employees adapt to changes in processes, systems, and structures within the organization.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans.
Support the creation of communication materials for stakeholders.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess the impact of changes on different groups.
Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Gather and analyze feedback from employees regarding change initiatives.
Participate in project meetings and provide insights on change management practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on change initiatives.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program in Business, Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Must be an undergraduate junior or senior or post-graduate degree candidate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with project management tools and software.
Familiarity with training and development concepts.
