What you will do

You will Manage brand POS materials operations from briefing to STW, in coordination with Supply, BA, Sales and Supply chain, to ensure market-leading excellence in execution towards consumer, shopper and customer in the respective country. You will support the brand and sales S&OP process during the Commercial Supply Squad meetings and working together with supply to provide the best brand insights impacting forecast. Encouraging an omnichannel mindset within the Brand Activation team through promotion of digital skills development and coordination of Ecommerce Squads.

Key Responsabilities

POS materials planning

• Coordinate within Brand Activation Team all the process from briefing to procurement and supply of all the promotions, POS materials and products customization both in pharma and mass market channels.

• Coordination of the whole materials production process ensuring quality and on time delivery.

• Acting as a liaison between Brand Activation and main POS materials supplier.

• Creating and tracking requests for new copack codes on Synergy.

S&OP (Sales Planning)

• Provide Forecast process with inputs from the brands, categories and sales team ensuring it provision in time and according to plan.

• Support in managing local product SLOBs.

• Prioritize according to brands activity grid and customer requirements for the processes described before.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Bachelor´s degree graduate

• Diverse educational and culture background will be highly valued but Business Administration, marketing or finance graduate with marketing master specialization is preferred.

• Trade marketing and/or digital marketing experience will represent a plus.

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Strong analytical background

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications

• Fluent in English
