CBRE A/S Property Management department is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern for the fall season of 2025. We are looking for a candidate with a keen interest in ESG, data, energy management, EU directives, PropTech, sustainable energy, and related fields.

At CBRE A/S, we provide consultancy services to some of the world's largest investment funds in the real estate sector and we are the biggest commercial real estate advisor in the world. Our Property Management division oversees various aspects, including technical management, administration, financial controlling, and sustainability for more than 15 of the world's leading investment funds.

As an intern at CBRE Property Management, you will gain hands-on experience in:

• Client consultancy

• Data collection and analysis

• Energy management

• EU directives

• Renewable energy

• PropTech

Our department is rather newly established, offering a unique opportunity to influence how CBRE Denmark and Europe approach sustainability in property management from both a technical and commercial perspectives.
