About the role
The Team:
The WSO Client Success Team at S&P Global provides ongoing product support and best practice advisory, while simultaneously collaborating with colleagues in other Market Intelligence business segments. You will join a customer-focused team led by a highly experienced management team dedicated to developing and maintaining client relationships to drive product adoption, growth, and client retention, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities and Impact:
The Client Engagement Manager can troubleshoot issues and navigate internally to quickly provide resolutions. Client Engagement Managers are able to quickly identify the needs of client inquiries and are able to speak with clients directly if needed.
Responsibilities:
Providing outstanding phone and email support for corporate clients
Maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting S&P Global' s software solutions, from tasks such as scheduling reports to higher severity projects and client queries
Providing clients, both internal and external, with timelyassistance whenever a question or issue is raised
Troubleshooting virtually and assisting Client Engagement Managers with internal, issue ticketing system and escalations
Ownership of inbound client queries and additional responsibility for “how to” training and conducting basic product demonstrations
Liaising with product teams regarding bugs and forthcoming enhancements, and soliciting feedback from clients to ensure seamless support and ongoing innovation
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver marketing pieces and updating knowledge base tools
Utilize Freshdesk to track all client interactions
What We’re Looking For: Ba
Basic Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of par and distressed loans, including related documentation.
Understanding of trade fee calculations.
Ability to read and interpret credit agreements.
Experience with daily loan transactions.
Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prepare various reports and metrics for internal management or special client requests.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to ClearPar, TSI, or Markit WSO systems is a plus.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to targets.
Initiative and ownership of job responsibilities.
Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
Willingness to assist other WSO groups during quarter-end or other high-volume periods.
