Hilton Front Office Intern in de, France
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team as a receptionist starting in September 2025. If you enjoy human interaction, are organized, and want to gain valuable experience, this internship is for you!
As a receptionist intern, your tasks will include:
- Guest reception : Check-in and check-out of guests according to Hilton procedures, in line with our Luxury Attitude values and the established Service Ceremony.
- Phone reception : Handling external calls (managing a switchboard) and internal calls, connecting to the relevant department, answering questions from guests and Team Members from other departments.
- Administrative tasks : Follow-up on the guest's stay, including monitoring their payment status, posting certain charges, filing their documents... Editing, analyzing, and processing various reports. Handling payments and basic cashier operations – managing a cash float.
- Managing requests : Providing information about the hotel services and outlets... Addressing complaints, active listening, and problem-solving.
PROFILE REQUIRED A flawless appearance, good speech, and behavior suited to the establishment's standards are required. Fluency in French and English is essential, and a third language is a plus.
