What are your contributions to the team?
Perform environmental Life Cycle Assessments (LCA). The work will be supervised by a senior LCA specialist and interactions will be required with engineering specialists from many fields (e. g. avionics, materials, flight science, etc.)
Analyze new global environmental trends and regulations and participate in the implementation of company-level strategies to address them. This includes, for example, the development of methodologies, computer tools and databases to analyze and store data on chemicals contained in Bombardier and its suppliers' parts
Participate in ecodesign projects, for the development of new technologies, materials, or engineering requirements.
How to thrive in this role?
You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's degree program in chemical, materials, environmental, mechanical aerospace engineering, sustainable development or equivalent
You have a good knowledge of chemical substances or materials (an asset)
You are a team player, enjoy participating and collaborating with others while working towards common goals
You communicate in both official languages (French and English)
You have a good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Knowledge of Power BI is an asset

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
