About the Role

At Copeland, our IT Intern position offers an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and ambitious environment. Located in the heart of Dubai, this role is crafted for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our innovative projects. As an IT Intern, you will be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Modeling (ETL): Work on data modeling (ETL) to ensure data is accurately transformed and loaded, allowing for seamless integration across various platforms.

  • Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards to answer critical business questions, providing collaborators with insightful and actionable data.

  • ERP Transactions: Perform transactions in various modules of ERP, check accounting entries, and validate processes to ensure flawless operation as per the requirements.

  • Process Documentation: Build detailed procedures and process documentation to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and update collaborators on project progress, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Must know SQL and Python programming. Familiarity with data modeling tools, Power BI, ERP systems, and dashboard development platforms is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills: Demonstrates the ability to analyze data effectively and identify solutions with attention to detail.

  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly.

  • Great Teammate: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to group projects.
