The Finance Internship is a robust 12-week program designed to give interns real-world, applicable, professional experience by working on specific projects and being involved in day to day operations just as a full-time employee would be expected. As part of the internship program you will be provided both personal and professional growth opportunities including: Project-Based Experience:Provide analysis and recommendations around a specific project. Examples of past projects include: Developed a sales performance dashboard to identify and target the most beneficial incentives to accelerate revenue growth Constructed and analyzed full P&L views for several products and recommended actions to improve profitability Created an operating model to integrate and track performance of recent acquisitions Training:Technical, systems, and soft skill training Networking:Lunch and learn sessions with various leaders across the organization along with conversations with other interns, professionals, and senior management Real-World Exposure: Job shadows and 1:1 lunches with former interns and finance leaders About You You're a fit for a Finance Intern if you: Are achieving a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics (Graduation date Dec 2024 and May 2025) Encompass strong business and financial acumen, data analysis, and analytical skills Demonstrate leadership and effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Work comfortably in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures Can be an agile learner, demonstrate strong decision-making skills, and act with integrity What's in it For You?
