MULTIFAMILY HVAC, LLC Assistant Construction Management Intern in EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah
Responsibilities
· Assist Project Managers with various tasks, including project scheduling, inventory management procurement and progress tracking.
· Create and maintain project documentation, such as schedules, budgets, and reports.
· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors.
· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
· Research and learn about HVAC systems and industry best practices.
· Assist with the development and implementation of construction management processes.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in construction management, engineering, business administration, related field or a trades training program related to HVAC. Also accepted construction management training or CCM Certified Construction Manager.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented and results-driven.
· A strong interest in the HVAC industry is a plus.
