What It's Like The individual will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day processes of the Operations Manager. Collaborating with a mentor, they will contribute to the development of Wholesale architecture artifacts, encompassing process documentation, business requirements, and roadmaps. The intern's responsibilities include identifying detailed opportunities to improve the experience of Wholesale partners and streamline administrative processes within core systems and applications. Additionally, the intern will document assigned functional project aimed at driving continuous improvement. The overarching goal is to create an efficient experience within systems, enabling the Wholesale team to demonstrate consolidated sources of truth for efficient data utilization and management. What You'll Do The Intern will be actively engaged in the Wholesale Ticketing AI project, acquiring an extensive knowledge of the Wholesale Ticketing processes. Collaborating closely with a Senior Operations Manager as their mentor, the Intern will contribute to the development of a coherent framework for our virtual agent, ensuring ease of comprehension and navigation for customers. What It Takes Proficiency in Analytics, PowerBi, Kafka, and Tableau. A collaborative spirit that thrives in team settings. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful problem-solving attitude. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive process documentation for the Wholesale Ticketing AI system. Employ advanced analytic tools, including PowerBi, to scrutinize customer complaints systematically, generating detailed reports and identifying discernible trends. Engage in the strategic formulation of questionnaires for virtual agents by demonstrating insights derived from meticulous analysis of ticket data. Foster cross-functional collaboration by collaborating with diverse teams to aggregate innovative ideas, contributing to the refinement and consolidation of virtual agent questionnaires. Participate actively in the validation process of the Ticketing AI project, involving comprehensive assessments and verification procedures to ensure the system's accuracy, functionality, and adherence to specified requirements. Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled and pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree at 4 year college/university within the last 12 months At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hr to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
