About your responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing and Media assistant will support the full team (Owned & Earned Media Manager, Paid Media Manager and CRM Manager) to accelerate our roadmap and projects deployments, this includes :

  • Project management to implement new solutions or optimize existing ones (Trend Newsletter in partnership with Consumer Insight team, Tagger, Dash Hudson, Launchmetrics)

  • Network Coordination with regional Brand teams and affiliates to ensure fast track on project knowledge and adoption, and a strong best practices approach (identification, gathering and sharing) leveraging existing community management tools such as Microsoft Teams, and supporting the organization and agenda of the key meetings (QBR, Monthly,…).

  • Running regular and ad hoc analysis on the existing tools for Corporate or specific to Brands (Looker, Dash Hudson )

  • Provide competitive analysis report on specific strategic topics (social selling) - Support the adaptation and cascading of Global recommendation, playbook and guidelines

  • Implement trackers to ensure key initiatives are properly executed at the regional and local level

Qualifications

About you:

BAC 4/5 , Studying in University or Business school

  • Organized, detail oriented, with an ability to multitask and run operational tasks

  • Knowledge of business, marketing, digital and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Loves digital marketing, and is always up-to-date with the most recent innovations and trends especially in social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.. )

  • Advanced English both written and verbal, French is a plus

  • Analytical thinking: you are a strategic thinker who is interested in data-driven decision making and are curious about how to use analytics to guide marketing and creative campaign thinking, implementation and support.

  • Enthusiastic, creative with an appreciation of foreign cultures

  • Team player
