Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated candidate interested in starting a career in Early Career Recruiting!

These are full-time, paid internships, with potential opportunity for part-time work during school semesters. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you develop the necessary skills to succeed. Additional career opportunities may be available upon conclusion of a successful internship.

The Early Career Talent Acquisition team is looking for an intern to assist with the below tasks/projects:

Responsibilities:

  • Creating recruitment narratives with college alumni to share Otis career path testimonies

  • Developing a contact list of diversity organizations at focus schools to leverage for college recruitment

  • Implementing the use of the talent community for the early career program

  • Designing and pre-scheduling event and job opening communications

  • Conducting data analysis

  • Assisting with various pre recruiting tasks

  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Education:

  • Must be currently pursuing a degree in business, human resources, communications, or a related field

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working as an HR intern or a similar role is preferred

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic

  • Good time management skills

  • Ability to work independently

Location:

This role can be conducted fully remotely from any U.S. state. Candidates in EST are strongly preferred
