Job Description

This internship offers hands-on experience in integrated marketing and brand communications for Bosch Fleet Services in North America. The role involves content creation, campaign execution, and event coordination, aligning with the global Bosch Fleet team. Interns will gain insight into the North American Fleet Business while developing impactful marketing materials across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement B2B and B2R marketing campaigns, aligning with go-to-market strategies.

  • Content Creation & Digital Media: Lead regional content creation with a focus on digital, ensuring brand consistency across mediums.

  • Creative Design: Develop high-quality designs for print, digital, and video using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.

  • Advertising Campaigns: Create and manage multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance across web, social media, email, and print.

  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute sales and marketing events, including trade shows and conventions.

  • Social Media & Digital Content: Design branded visuals, manage content calendars, and create SEO-optimized content.

  • Video Production: Utilize video editing tools to produce engaging content such as product demos and brand storytelling.

  • Brand Management: Ensure marketing materials adhere to Bosch’s brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Collaboration & Analysis: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning and analyze campaign effectiveness

While gaining an understanding of the North American Fleet Business (Carsharing, Car Rental, Last Mile Delivery, Middle Mil, Long-haul, Telematic companies, vehicle maintenance ecosystem, (partial) autonomous transportation players) you’ll develop new ideas for scalable content with consistent focus on brand tonality, user journey and customer requirements. You will have a passion for creating yourself or with partners visually compelling designs and developing impactful advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Additionally, you will be leading content and coordination for the execution of sales and marketing events.

The position reports directly to the Vice President / Head of Sales to Mobility and Logistics Service Providers North America at Bosch USA

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related field.

  • Must be at a senior class standing

  • Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

  • Highly motivated team player that works independently and takes ownership of tasks and projects

  • General understanding of marketing, print production, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design.

  • Excellent communication & written skills.

  • Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented to produce accurate and high-quality work.
