Incumbent will | | | use ESRI GIS, Microsoft or other | | | software to perform work related | | | to City Utilities assets, | | | administrative and/or | | | environmental aspects. Computers | | | or other technological tools will | | | be used by the employee to assist | | | in the performance of their | | | duties. | | | | | | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND | | | RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the | | | following. Other duties may be | | | assigned. | | | | | | - Assists with various GIS, | | | Engineering or Environmental | | | tasks such as working with | | | data, excel, word, research, | | | mapping, and other related | | | tasks. | | | - Collect and organize projects | | | for processing. | | | - Collects information in field | | | or office for projects. | | | - Utilize a wide-format color | | | scanner to scan e gineering | | | as-builts and construction | | | drawings; | | | - Enter data into various | | | databases. | | | | | | MARGINAL FUNCTIONS | | | | | | Performs other duties as | | | required. | | | | | | SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES | | | | | | Incumbent has no supervisory | | | responsibilities. | | | | | | QUALIFICATIONS | | | | | | To perform this job successfully, | | | an individual must be able to | | | perform each essential duty | | | satisfactorily.
