Tiffany & Co. Client Services Intern (W/M) 6-months internship Geneve, Switzerland

In full expansion, the teams of the Geneva-based watchmaking division are actively working on the development of new timepieces combining aesthetics, design and elegance.

MISSIONS

As part of the watch division, the Client Services Coordinator plays a strong role in monitoring, and developing the activities of the after-sales service department, as well as in global projects linked to the development of Tiffany's worldwide after-sales service network, as part of an internship.

Orders and after-sales repairs:

  • Management and follow-up of watch repairs in collaboration with Tiffany Boutiques and Service Centers.

  • Follow-up with logistics department and invoicing of spare parts upon receipt and shipment.

  • Weekly planning of shipments of spare parts and watches

  • Order tracking & client support

  • Follow-up on strap orders during High-end events

  • Register of incoming watches to AFSS Workshop

  • Internal repairs KPI’s follow up and continuous development of the document

  • Collaboration with the AFSS Supervisor and AFSS watchmaker to effectively plan watch repairs (on a weekly basis)

New strap order platform implementation:

  • Participation in the development of the new Strap Order Platform

  • Communication with supplier to ensure all technical and development issues are under control

  • Update straps documentation for new collections

Creation of AFSS guidelines:

  • Taking an active role in developing new technical guidelines for Tiffany Service Centers around the world in collaboration with AFSS watchmaker/trainer

  • Planning of necessary guidelines based on upcoming collections/new developments

  • Creation of the guidelines in alignment with Tiffany & Co corporate visuals.

Continuous improvement:

  • Contribute to the improvement of internal & external processes

  • Contribute to the assessment and optimization of workflows and processes

  • Monitor the success of new initiatives

To join the Tiffany Watches adventure, an individual should exhibit the following characteristics:

  • Currently enrolled in University degree in General business

  • Able to provide an internship agreement with a school – Mandatory

  • Available as of May or June 2025

  • Fluent in French and English required

  • Ability to build successful, collaborative, and trusting relationship

  • A strong sense of urgency about getting work done and solving problems to achieve results that benefit our clients and colleagues, even when faced with challenge

  • Strong appetite for training and digital

  • Instinctive aptitude for consistently providing accurate, concise and easy-to-understand verbal and written communications conveying complex information

  • Good command of Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Product sensitivity and pronounced taste for watchmaking
