DURATION: 12 – 16-week assignment

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Update and keep employee records in check.

• Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas of improvement and updates needed for the SharePoint site.

• Update and maintain existing content on the SharePoint site, including employee resources, policies, and procedures.

• Assist in organizing and categorizing documents, ensuring easy access and navigation for employees.

• Perform administrative duties as required to support the HR team.

• Special projects as assigned.

ABOUT YOU:

• High School Diploma required.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program preferred.

• Strong understanding of SharePoint and experience with SharePoint online.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pace environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

COMPENSATION: $25.00 / hourly rate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
