Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Graduate Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers unique, hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about HR and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and updating HR databases.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including efforts to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws by assisting in policy updates and audits.
Conduct research on HR best practices and provide insights for process improvement.
Collaborate with HR team members on day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field and completed 1 year of graduate program.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

The hourly base pay for this position ranges from $24.00 to $27.00, depending on experience level. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
