Your Role and Responsibilities

During your internship, you can enhance your knowledge and gain professional experience by working on global IBM projects. In this role you will work with a global team of creators supporting the global Talent Acquisition team to hire top candidates and meet the business's talent demand. We strive to create authentic content which is IBMer centric and helps candidates to learn, solve their problems, and ultimately decide if IBM is a good career fit for them across all experience levels. At IBM, we prioritize continuous learning, skill development, and personal growth within a culture of coaching and mentorship. As an intern, you'll experience this culture and have the opportunity to advance to our associate program based on results and performance. Work experiences you could be exposed to: * Creative Content: Create impactful content - you will be able to edit videos, write great copy, and design eye-catching graphics and animations * Develop content from concept through to planning, editing, execution, and launch * Write and edit impactful written content in US English including blogs, social copy, newsletters, and more * User Centric Research: Support user research using enterprise design thinking and gain hands on experience to direct user research opportunities, contributing to a deeper understanding of user needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Media, Audiovisual, etc. * Strong Interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment. * Have initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints. * Familiarity with storytelling techniques, capable of communicating design approaches and simplifying complex information though clear communications (verbal and visual). * Excellent English is encouraged: very high-level or proficiency level of English. You will work with international teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good writing skills * Have interest for social media and content trends * Basic to medium knowledge of video editing tools * Fluent level of English
