Michael Baker International is hiring an Electrical Engineering Intern for our 2024 spring/summer program. This position is based in our Hamilton, NJ office within the Electrical Group with a focus on transportation infrastructure projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare engineering related calculations and develop drawings and visual aids
Assist project managers and engineers with various tasks
Draft details and make minor ACAD revisions
Work under the supervision of a project manager or a senior level team member
Assist with data collection, input, verification and manipulation

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in good academic standing and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at an accredited University or College; minimum of 1 year of coursework completed
Minimum 3.0 GPA
College level engineering courses in Civil Engineering with a focus in Electrical Engineering design
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CADD software

COMPENSATION

The approximate compensation range for this position is $20 - $24 per hour. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
