For our Logistic Network EMEA team we are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) for a period of 6 months, starting by September, who will actively support us at our Hanover location. The activity takes place both, onsite and remote.
This internship offers you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic international working environment, to get to know the cooperation with various key stakeholders in the Supply Chain division and working in a multidisciplinary matrix organization.
Your tasks include the following activities:
Collaboration in the optimization of the Logistic Network EMEA
Support in European tenders in the storage and transport sector
Operational support of global container management
Preparation, review and evaluation of logistics reports
Students in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or comparable field of study, ideally with a specialization/specialization in logistics and/or transport engineering or a comparable field of study
Basic experience in logistics
Confident handling of MS Office programs
Fluent English and very good German language skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work in a team and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Structured and independent way of working
Analytical thinking skills and good numerical comprehension
Independent way of working, high level of commitment, flexibility, creativity
Teamwork, organizational and communication skills
