Amazon Factory OPM Intern Requirement, Manufacturing Ops Hanoi, Vietnam

Description

The position is for a talented and highly motivated OPM (Operations Program Manager) Intern of Manufacturing supporting Amazon Devices located in China. He/she will be responsible for the quality, cost and delivery of consumer electronics products at contract manufacturing site in Asia.

Key job responsibilities

• Support programs at NPI phase and manage mass production at sustaining phase till EOM.

• Closely work with internal team and CM on assigned programs, to achieve the goals set for the programs.

• Provide recommendations regarding planning, and coordinate the manufacturing in compliance with company goals and objectives.

• Assist in establishing and execution of the operations strategies and plans.

• Use statistical techniques to verify the effectiveness of solutions.

• Ensure compliance to corporate social standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate between Feb 2025 to Sept 2026, Bachelor’s degree in engineering field is a must, and engineering degree in E/E and IE is nice to have.

• Work 3 to 5 days per week for at least 6 months.

• Strong skills in managing events.

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills- both in Mandarin and English.

• Good vision, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Great negotiation skills.

• Ability to take robust corrective actions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of product development processes and understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge and skills in lean methodology.

• Certified PMP.
