About the Role:

As a Modern Workplace intern you will:

• Work with Modern Workplace infrastructure, platforms, and automations to create new and more effective "ways of working".

• Help define and establish IT operations, processes, procedures, toolsets, and automations to manage and maintain client solutions

• Develop, modify and improve client infrastructure and platform solutions and management processes.

• Support infrastructure and platform deployment, migration, and modernization efforts

• Support systems integration testing, component integration testing and user acceptance testing

• Support change management efforts as directed by senior team members and change specialists.

Academic, Technical and Soft Skills Required for Consideration

• Working towards the completion of a Bachelor's degree in technology-related discipline.

• Current Designation: Junior, with anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.

• Creative mind and collaborative spirit

• Passion for technology

• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal

• Ability to excel in a team-oriented, project-based work environment

• Proven leadership experience in an academic, extra-curricular or professional setting

• Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feet

• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in beginning a career in technology consulting upon receiving your undergraduate degree.

You likely have exposure to or familiarity with:

• Microsoft solutions (Power Platform, SharePoint, Viva, Copilot Studio)

• Solutions on cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google)

• Microsoft modern work platforms (Teams, Power Platform, O365)

• Platform migration and enterprise directories

• Systems security and identity management

• Databases and mobility
