Job Description:

As an Learning and Competency Intern, you will be a key member of our HR Technology team, responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs for our employees. Your role will be to assist with learning opportunities that promote the professional and personal development of everyone, while contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

Missions:

Training Program Update and Implementation: You will be responsible for updating and implementing early career training and development programs.

Employee Support in Technology: You will provide valuable support to employees of technology centers with their development and training needs, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to succeed.

Global Collaboration: You will collaborate with global learning & competency teams in Europe, MENA, Asia and America to improve our training offering, sharing best practices and implementing innovative

imitates.

Organization and Monitoring of Programs: You will assist the Manager of Development and Technology Engagement in the organization and monitoring of trainings offered to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.

Support for Engagement Initiatives: You will support employee engagement initiatives collaborating with the Regional Development Manager to strengthen our culture of excellence.

Profile Required/Preferred:

Degree or coursework in Human Resources
