Job Summary

This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, contract management, and government business operations while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Assist in Contract Management: Support the team in tracking and organizing contract documents, preparing contract drafts, and assisting with negotiations.

· Project Support: Provide logistical and operational support for ongoing projects, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining project timelines.

· Analyze Data: Assist in compiling and analyzing data for internal reports and presentations. This may include gathering market intelligence and creating data visualizations.

· Property Management: Assist in inventory tracking, managing property records, and supporting property-related tasks such as lease agreements and maintenance coordination.

· Government Compliance: Help ensure compliance with government regulations by reviewing documents, managing correspondence, and supporting audits and assessments.

· Process Improvement: Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements in logistics, contract management, and overall business operations.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and finance, to support the completion of various business and operational initiatives.

· Customer Service: Assist in responding to customer inquiries related to logistics or property management, providing timely and accurate information.

· Documentation and Reporting: Support the creation and updating of documentation, policies, and reports, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.

· Research Support: Conduct research into industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.

· Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and client outreach.

· Training and Development: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities to build knowledge and skills for future career development.

Basic Qualifications

· High School Diploma

· Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university

· Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

· Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in General Business

Work Schedule

· Estimated at 20-30 hours/week with flexibility to accommodate the intern’s education
